Geographic & Eligibility Restrictions
Effective date: 1 April 2026
Interface Not Available in Restricted Jurisdictions
The GNDX Interface at app.gndx.finance is not available to persons located in or residents of the jurisdictions listed below. If you are accessing the site from a restricted jurisdiction, you must not use the Interface.
1. Restricted Jurisdictions
The GNDX Interface is not available to any person or entity located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any of the following jurisdictions:
- United States (including US territories and possessions)
- Iran
- North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
- Cuba
- Syria
- Crimea region of Ukraine
- Donetsk People's Republic (DNR)
- Luhansk People's Republic (LNR)
- Any other jurisdiction where access would violate applicable law
2. US Persons
The restriction on US persons applies broadly and includes:
- US citizens, wherever located.
- US permanent residents ("green card" holders).
- Persons physically present in the United States.
- Entities organised under US law or with their principal place of business in the United States.
This restriction applies regardless of whether a VPN, proxy, or other technical means is used to access the Interface.
3. What "Restricted" Means
The restriction applies to using the Interface at app.gndx.finance — not to the underlying smart contracts, which are permissionless and deployed on a public blockchain. GNDX Protocol does not control access to the blockchain itself.
Restricted persons may:
- Read this marketing website.
- Review published source code and audit reports.
- Participate in open governance discussions.
Restricted persons may not:
- Use the Interface to mint $GNDX tokens.
- Use the Interface to redeem $GNDX tokens.
- Use the Interface to lock $GAME or vote on governance proposals.
- Use a VPN or technical workaround to circumvent the Interface's geographic restrictions — this violates our Terms of Service.
4. Why These Restrictions Exist
These restrictions exist to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including US securities law and OFAC sanctions programmes. They are not intended as a statement about the legality of decentralised protocols in any jurisdiction — this is a legal determination that varies by country and individual circumstance.
This page does not constitute legal advice. Please consult a qualified legal professional regarding your specific situation.
5. Changes
The list of restricted jurisdictions may be updated from time to time in response to changes in applicable law. Check this page periodically.
