What are the fees?

The streaming fee is 0.75% per year. The mint fee is 0.10% and the redeem fee is 0.20%. All fees are capped by hardcoded contract limits: 0.25% mint ceiling, 0.50% redeem ceiling, 1.50% streaming ceiling.

$GNDX is the index product token — its price tracks the NAV of the underlying gaming token basket. $GAME is the governance token with a fixed supply of 200,000,000 tokens. $GAME is locked as veGAME to earn protocol fee revenue and vote on basket composition.

Yes. $GAME has a fixed supply of exactly 200,000,000 tokens — forever. All 200M were minted at contract deployment. There is no mint function and no governance vote can create new $GAME.

Who controls the contracts?

The Timelock contract controls all upgradeable contracts and can only be triggered by a passed governance proposal. The deployer EOA renounces all admin roles at the end of the deployment script. No individual has unilateral control over the protocol.

What is the Guardian Multisig?

The Guardian Multisig is a 5-of-8 threshold wallet. Its only power is to call IndexVault.pause() in an emergency — which auto-expires after 72 hours. Guardians cannot move funds, change parameters, or execute upgrades.

The GNDX interface is not available to US persons, residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries (Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Crimea), or residents of any jurisdiction where the interface would be illegal.
